Template copy — review before publishing

These policies are realistic sample text for the Agentra template. They are not legal advice. Replace the company name, addresses and details in [brackets], and have them reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before you go live.

(01) Privacy

Privacy Policy

Agentra Consulting Ltd ("Agentra", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number [00000000], with offices at [12 Example Street, London EC2A 0XX]. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, contact us or work with us — and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you give us — your name, work email, company, role, company size, budget range and anything you write in a contact or booking form.

Engagement data — the business information you share with us so we can deliver the work, including process documents and system access you grant.

Usage data — pages visited, referring site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, collected through privacy‑friendly analytics.

Newsletter data — your email address and whether you open "The Brief", if you subscribe.

How we use it

Contract — to scope, deliver and support the services you've engaged us for. Legitimate interest — to reply to enquiries, schedule calls, improve the site and keep it secure. Consent — to send our newsletter and set non‑essential cookies. Legal obligation — to keep accounting records and respond to lawful requests.

We never sell personal data, and we never use client data to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.

Sharing & processors

We share data only with vetted service providers who process it on our instructions under a data processing agreement: hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, accounting and enterprise AI model providers configured with zero data retention. A current list of sub‑processors is available on request.

Retention & your rights

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after our last contact. Client project data is kept for the length of the engagement plus six years. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing — email privacy@agentra.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

(02) Terms

Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any engagement with Agentra, unless a signed statement of work ("SOW") or master services agreement says otherwise. Where they conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Our services

We provide AI strategy, design, engineering, automation and training services as described in each SOW. Timelines and estimates on this website are typical, not guaranteed. AI systems are probabilistic: we design every system with guardrails and human review, and you remain responsible for decisions made using its outputs.

Intellectual property

On payment in full, you own the deliverables we create for you — including code, prompts, workflows and documentation. We keep ownership of our pre‑existing tools, methods and know‑how, and grant you a perpetual, royalty‑free licence to use any of them included in your deliverables.

Fees & payment

Fixed‑fee projects are invoiced 50% on signature and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Third‑party costs are passed through at cost or billed directly to you. Either party may end a retainer with 30 days' written notice.

Liability & governing law

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

(03) Cookies

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We keep them to a minimum: the site works fully with only strictly necessary cookies.

Cookies we use

cookie_consent — remembers your cookie choices (necessary, 12 months).

__cf_bm — protects forms from bots and spam (necessary, 30 minutes).

_analytics_id — anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (analytics, 13 months).

_sched_session — keeps the booking widget in sync (functional, session).

Managing cookies

Non‑essential cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time, or block cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working.
