Before the sprint begins, we agree with your finance lead how value will be estimated. If the final scorecard doesn't show opportunities worth at least three times the diagnostic fee, we refund that fee in full.

What does yearly billing change?
Only the price. Choose yearly and you pay for twelve months upfront at a 20% discount — the scope, team and response times stay exactly the same as the monthly plan.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not on monthly plans. Cancel with 30 days' notice and everything we've built keeps running in your accounts. Yearly plans are prepaid; if you stop early, unused months can be credited toward a future engagement.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro‑rate the difference from that day. Downgrades apply from the start of your next billing period, so nothing in progress is cut short.
What isn't included in the price?
Third‑party costs — model usage, hosting and software licences — are billed at cost with no markup, or paid directly on your own accounts. We estimate them in every business case before anything is built.
How do invoicing and payment work?
We invoice on the first of each month, payable by card or bank transfer on 15‑day terms. Purchase orders, vendor onboarding and security questionnaires are all handled before kickoff.
Do you take on one‑off projects?
Yes. Fixed‑scope projects start at $6,500 for a strategy sprint — each service page lists typical pricing. Many clients move to a plan once their first system is live and measured.
