Northwind’s sales team received 400+ quote requests a week by email. Reps spent most of their day copying details into the pricing tool, and slow replies were losing deals.

What we built.
We mapped the quote process end to end, then built an agent that reads each request, extracts lanes and dimensions, pulls current rates and drafts a quote. Reps approve or edit in one click.

What changed.
Average time to quote fell from 37 to 14 minutes. Win rate rose 19% in the first quarter, and the system paid for itself in eleven weeks.
