(01) About the role
The short version.
As our AI Training Lead, you'll design and run hands‑on AI training for client teams, from the front line to the executive committee. Every session is built around people's real tasks, and every programme ends with habits that stick — measured, not assumed.
You'll join a team of 8 senior people where everyone talks to clients, everyone ships, and nobody hides behind a layer of account managers.
(02) What you’ll do
Your first year, roughly.
Design role‑based training around each client’s real workflows
Run workshops in person and remotely, for groups of 6 to 60
Write practical usage policies and shared prompt libraries
Measure adoption and time saved 30 days after every programme
Bring what you hear in the room back to our delivery and engineering teams
(03) What you’ll bring
What matters to us.
A track record of designing and delivering adult learning programmes
Daily, hands‑on use of modern AI tools — and opinions about them
The presence to hold a room and the patience to answer the same question twice
Clear, jargon‑free writing for guides and materials
Comfort travelling to client sites a few times a quarter
Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway. We hire for judgment and curiosity first.
(04) Nice to have
Bonus points, not requirements.
Change‑management or L&D certification
Experience in regulated industries — health, legal or finance
A second working language
(05) What we offer
For contract roles.
A competitive day rate, paid on 14‑day terms
Flexible days — we plan engagements around your calendar
Full access to our tools, playbooks and model credits
A real path to a permanent role if it’s a fit on both sides
Compensation
$650/day
