(01) About the role
The short version.
As our Automation Specialist, you'll design and ship the systems our clients actually rely on: agents, automations and integrations built inside their own stack. You'll work alongside a partner from the very first client interview, so you'll always know why you're building what you're building — and which number it has to move.
You'll join a team of 8 senior people where everyone talks to clients, everyone ships, and nobody hides behind a layer of account managers.
(02) What you’ll do
Your first year, roughly.
Scope, prototype and ship agents, automations and integrations on clients’ own tools
Write evaluation sets, guardrails and human‑review steps before anything goes live
Demo working software to client leadership every Friday
Own systems after launch — monitoring, tuning and the monthly KPI review
Turn what we learn into reusable tooling for the rest of the team
(03) What you’ll bring
What matters to us.
Several years shipping production software that real people depend on
Hands‑on experience building with LLM APIs, retrieval or workflow tools
Comfort explaining technical trade‑offs to non‑technical leaders
Good judgment about when not to use AI
Clear, concise writing — much of our work is async
Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway. We hire for judgment and curiosity first.
(04) Nice to have
Bonus points, not requirements.
Consulting or agency experience
CRM, ERP or finance‑system integrations
Python and TypeScript in production
(05) What we offer
The same for everyone.
Remote‑first, within four hours of London or Austin
$2,500 yearly learning budget and a $3,000 equipment budget
Focus Fridays, and the last Friday of every month off
Private health cover and 30 days’ paid leave
An equal share of 10% of annual profit
Compensation
$95–125k
